The only truth that comes out of Greg's mouth is he is the owner..Their is no way he built that business from the ground up with customer service like I got.. would not work through or try fix warranty work for the machine I purchased, also stated numerous times that nothing wrong with the machine come get it, get there Greg drives machine to my trailer with his foot on the broken wheel it was booked in to be fixed??? But you rang and said tested extensively?? Ok!! Then refused to refund until fair trading was involved... Never believe a word that comes out of Greg.. never do business here..

Very helpful service. I have used The Big Mower for over 10 years and can tell me what my lawnmower or chain saw model number is without me having remember everytime. Some say it is expensive but if you want service this is the place to go.
In my opinion this place is overpriced. That may be a little harsh. Staff are knowledgeable and reasonably friendly. I wanted a trailer to tow be hind my lawn tractor their price was $100 above a previously quoted price at a mower shop in Brisbane. The trailer was identical in name and quality. I don't think it would cost $100 in transport.
