Very poor! Was "promised" something was sent I was paying for when I found out it wasn't, and was sent later instead because they had to call and ask for the address AGAIN!In my opinion if you can't have a solicitor that can tell you things "honestly" what's the point in paying for their service at all when there is zero honesty!Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. Will not use ever again - TOTAL SHAM
